I m a customer of amazon for a very long time , i always use to shop on amaozn , but recently whenever i order something employer in amazon office in karnal (haryana) use to cancel my order by their own and whenever i ask to customer executive that why they have cancelled my order they start giving explanations, but as one of my friend is working in amazon as delivery agent ,he told me that employer use to arbatrariness they do whatever they want , and when i spoke to a person in amaozn office via call he even spoke well to me and just cut the phone by just saying we will not deliver your parcel if u have any problem than speak to customer care. and one of order i got wrong product and i ask for replacement than they confirm my replacement and it was showing that it will deliver in two days but on the day of delivery they didnt gave my packet that i speak to customer care buy they again start giving explanations that sir because of this they couldn’t deliver, it will deliver tomorrow but day after again by parcel couldnt deliver, and this process continue for many days and they kept my order money for about 15 days , from order to refund process, as i order the my packet it was showing that it will deliver in 2 days but they pull it so long that they frustrate me very much and nobody even talk to me clearly.
