I ordered an onion hair kit and a vitamin C face wash from wow on 21st July and they confirmed the order. After confirming my order they didn’t communicated me about the order. After 4 days i went on the app to see the order and I saw that the order was cancelled. All this happened on 25th July. They didn’t even send me an email. Neither they have refunded me. I don’t want refund. I just want my order to be delivered. And why the order was cancelled by the company after sending confirmation email. Very disappointed by wow. I think the main reason for cancellation was that they couldn’t afford the discount. I applied a coupon which gave me 50% discount and this couldn’t be afford by the wow so they cancelled the order
