Hello this is akshep masle , i have done BE in electrical from nagpur University.
On 20 july i enrolled for data science course on skill lync a edtech company.
I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 9051 . After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync)
Till the end of october i was a working professional and my salary was 2.4 lakh per annum so thought of doing this course as i can manage 9051 emi.
But unfortunately was suffered from some family medical issues my mother was suffering from kidney transplant in that period its a tough period to manage amount also i lost my job , even i sold my vehicle for some financial issues and i was unable to pay emi amount and eduvanz peoples are oftenly calling and giving torture to pay emi and using some bad words like if you are not able to pay why you join etc .. also they are blackmailing like will visit my home and call to referrals and i call to mr shyamu gupta who was attended me till the registration process also he was telling in 3 to 4 months you will complete your course and they will provide job placement from their side also he told if in case you are not able to give emi we will pay that amount its in our under so i enrolled and after some months i suffered from issues which i told before i called to shyamu gupta and he was telling i resigned from my job now i m not working in that company, i dont have any other options to cancel my loan .
Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.
When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as i lost the job ..
So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..
And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
Now what to do..
Please need a help
P.s – I have no job right now and i cannot pay such a hefty amount.
