This is regarding my refund on the Indigo flight booked from ranchi to Mumbai on the 6th of Sept 2021, the flight got cancelled on the 4th and a mail was sent to confirm that the refund has been processed and pending at the 3rd party end ie. Travelook. Have sent them 4 mails regarding the same with no response, their phone number keeps you on hold for minutes and disconnects, tried it over a 100 times.
