I booked a flight on May 14, 2022 and I was asked to wait for 30 minutes for the ticket to get confirmed. The ticket for cancelled and I got a call from Travolook informing about the same and that the amount would be refunded in 7-10 working days. It’s been 45 days they have not done the refund. The call centre are people who do work from home and don’t know anything other than the script given to them. I have sent Aadhar Card proof and bank acc details too but nothing. They are saying 3-5 days each time. Please help.
