On January 27, 2023, I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi for one passengers with Booking ID: VID5548756304 through Varafi Travels which is a subsidiary of Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited. But I had received booking abortion with Varafi. The booking was aborted same day and as per the email from Varafi, they have processed the refund of INR 3894.00 to source which is not credited to the source account till date. I had called and mailed them 10-12 times but refund not received and I m waiting from more than 60 days.

Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and help me getting the refund against the cancelled booking.

I have attached the copy of invoice
