I purchased a refrigerator worth of 33990/- with the HDFC card discount @1500/- and exchange offer of @5150 against my old, working refrigerator and paid 27350/- on 3rd April 2021.
Delivery expected on 5th April 2021. but Amazon posted that, they can’t be deliver the product at 2.0 pm on 5th April 2021 in delivery status.
And I tried to rebook the same product again but the cost of product is high, HDFC card discount removed and exchange cost reduced to 2650.
I had a call will amazon regarding the same. and they told that product is damaged.
If the product is damaged, they can deliver another with delay (as same product is still available on site).
and they denied to apply the old exchange rate for my old refrigerator.
this is nothing but bluffing the customer and braking the agreement after full payment.
