Dear Sir/Mam
I am Cousalya I have booked bus tickets in Vetri Travles for my mother and sister from Pondicherry to kovilpatti through red bus. Their boarding time was 12 am on 17/01/2023. I got a call from the incharge of the travels at 11:55pm on 16/01/2023 the pick up van drivers are full drunk so they cant drive. Now my mother and sister has to make an alternate arrangement. From the beginning of the call this incharge was so rude to me. The time he called me and said that you cant travel today, my mother and sister was already waiting at the boarding point as the bus was at 12am. As a female they both were waiting there at the office but the office were locked. When asked about this to the incharge he said that he closed his office at 11pm and went to his house. How can 2 women wait aloan at travels in midnight. He did not even inform me about the cancellation of the bus in prior as my mom and sister would have not gone to board the bus. And also this incharge person mentally harassing me till the end of the call and he cut the call abruptly inbetween while i was talking to him. He didn’t even respond properly. He not only made 2 women to wait aloan at midnight outside his office, he dont even know how to talk to a female and give respect to her. He also didn’t provide any safe place for my mother and sister till they wait and get back to their home in midnights. He was careless and irresponsible. Am hereby including the contact number of the incharge from which i got a call from. +91 9443957800. RedBus asked me for bus cancellation screenshot sent by the travels. I dont have that screenshot and the travel agency didnt send me. When I asked for the cancellation screenshot he was very lethargic and sarcastic in his reply that he cant send me and he wont send me. Even to me he was very rude from the beginning and mentally harassing at midnight when I asked to repay my ticket money back to me. He is telling that he wont send me the money back and you can do whatever you want and he cut the call. He was not at all polite. I kindly request you to take action against this person and the agency for being so careless and I need compensation for their act. My ticket number is TS2J71862237
