One of my booking got cancelled on 16 feb 2022 and It has promised me to refund the amount within 72 hours but when time has passed I called the support team then he asked me to wait for 7-8 days but they missed this time also. It has been 3 months from the time of payment and still I’m chasing them for my payment and every time they asked me to wait more 72 hours. They are throwing excuses of technical glitches. Asking for wait more days or weeks.
