I order redmi 12c mobile on 7th Oct 2023 for ₹8149 including exchange of old mobile and the mobile was going to get delivered by 9:00 pm of 8th Oct 2023.i was continuously contacting delivery person for update and he told me that mobile will be delivered and on 9:39 pm delivery boy cancelled my order. When I contacted to delivery person for cancellation of order he told me to contact customer care.. Customer care is saying to re-order product. This is ridiculous I spended an hour to get some reply on my order cancellation and they are directly keeping me on hold.. I request to this forum to take necessary action on this matter and help me.
