I have purchased one plus 11 device from amazon.in , and it was in exchange for iPhone 7 (32GB) but delivery agent not capable to check IOS device and he directly cancelled order stating “it was refused at delivery address”.
and when we try to complaint same on amazon customer service, there said we can not do anything in cancelled items.
you can order again when you get same discount.
delivery agent was trying to check SAS level details which I have shown him how to check on IOS but he denied that and cancelled order.
