Have cancelled my jio fiber connection on 7th April 2022 for having balance of more than 25 days. Refe No.: 400123437530 dt. 07.04.2022.
Till date have made 4 to 5 time request to collect my setup box and process my refund with different complaint request no.400123437530/07.04.2022, SR00001AAQJP/13.04.2022 C000000LA12EN/14.04.2022 , C000000LA12EN/ 27.04.2022 , SR00001A0MSM Dt. 28th April 2022. with my full frustration would like to raise complain against JIO director for not providing service and their bad intention to enjoy with my deposit money to run their business.
Hope Director of Jio will read this complain and try to improve their service and do the business in ethical manner by providing upmost satisfaction to their customers.
We are paying our money in advance to get their service, and they are discontinuing connect and non – refunding money also for deposit and recharge made to get connection.
Looking forward with getting highest visibility from Jio higher management and resolve my issue with refund in my account.
