I have booked my flight ticket from Kochi to Hyderabad .it has been cancelled by Travel Look due to operational reason.they said it will refund in 07-10 days. I have send several mails and calls. I haven’t receive the refund amount yet. It has been 40 days but whenever I call the company the number is unreachable. When I email them on status of refund, they say that it will be refunded in 7-10 days (the same reply every time).
