We have Order 1+ Nord 2 with exchange which was cancelled by Delivery boy he had taken photo and then rush back and inform to came back in 15 minutes. In the evening we tried 35 times to contact but didn’t connect. We spoil our valuable time and it was painful. We recommend to customer care to provide the phone with same offer ,We have tried to convince customer care but they are enable to proceed the order even no explanation given.
Plz provide the same offer and 10000/- as cost of pain.
