I requested Travolook to book Air ticket book on 17-Mar-2022 from Delhi to Mumbai, Travolook does not booked the ticket and on same day they send a mail for refunding the amount Rs.15,030/-. REF-332329268 date 17-Mar-2022. But till date I am struggling for getting the amount refund, where ever I call to customer care number they mentioned that refund will be process within 10-15 days, now 49 days has past and I am still waiting for the refund amount.
