I ordered a phone on sale, and the delivery executive came to deliver it. He had to complete the verification process, but he did it twice incorrectly. As a result, the phone was canceled by him, and the payment was initiated for it. However, in this instance, the delivery executive is at fault because he canceled my order in front of me and took the phone, saying that Flipkart will place your order again and you will receive a phone by today.
I’ve spoken to the senior team, but nothing seems to be working to resolve the problem. Everyone says I need to place a fresh order, but why should I do that? I ordered a phone for 50,000 rupees, but the price has since gone up to 57,000, so why should I pay 7000 extra when it’s not my fault? If you don’t care, I’ll file a complaint against the delivery boy and place a new order with Flipkart, but I won’t pay the extra money; I just want the same phone for 50,000 rupees.
If you can, please try to solve my problem; if not, I’ll take strict action.
