Hi,
Airtel is being so irresponsible and don’t even worry about my issue no matter how many reminders I do send them. I am not using the phone connection for last 14 months. I requested for cancellation of number and they have not taken the request. I am tired of following with 121 email. No point in sending emails to appellate authority. That is useless system they have. Atleast some one should acknowledge the issue and try to resolve it. Such a worst system I have ever seen and it is peaks to me to clear this out.
I am going to report it in Consumer forum if I don’t see a resolution.
