Hi Team,
I applied for a broadband on 21-june-2020 through your websiteb for the plan of RS 2828. And I buyed the plan on the next day and paid the same amount as advance payment.
But only to know from the excexutive it takes a long time than assured due to some technical issues so I asked for a cancellation to the customer care executive.
But still didn’t get a confirmation of cancellation from Airtel or the refund amount. Kindly please get me the same asap.
