i raised a cancellation request on June 6th and CO# CO0000WY1F8A is generated on 11th June, I was said the executive will come and pick up the device with in 3days, but no body turned up. So on the 4th day(on 15th June 2023) as per Jio executive(at jio fiber care) suggestion, I personal went to Jio store and submitted the device and Document # 472648341 was generated and the same was shared with Jio team at jiofibercare@jio.com on 29th June. But still I am getting calls to submit the device and my refund processing was kept on hold. There is no escalation contact or number. Every time I call, i need to submit the details from scratch and no proper response from executive and I have left with no other option other than waiting.
