I had booked tickets from travolook.in on 09 Feb 22. An amount on INR 10643.00 was immediately deducted. Post which I received a call followed by email that the booking was cancelled due to operational reasons under reference REF021676712 and funds will be refunded in 10-15 day. Since then I have been following for refund however I am unable to get any response.
