I ordered a laptop(model HP 14s Ryzen 5 hexa core 5500U and Order ID – OD22300113284483700) on 2nd October 2021.And initially the delivery date was 7th October 2021.But somehow the delivery date was cancelled and I was supposed to be delivered on 9th October.But this date was also been missed.Then I called the customer service for the assistance,they assured that it would be delivered as soon as possible,and they had been trying their best from their end.But suddenly they cancelled my order today without letting me know.My EMI for that product has already been deducted.I can’t get any satisfactory answer after communicating with the customer service. Anyhow I want to this product.
