Text of Complaint by Shikha Bhujel:

Never, ever install Jio Fibre. Ever. It is supposed to be a simple process of picking up the device and then the refund process of 14 working days. However it has been a million years since I got any update. Every time I follow up, I get the run around of 14 working days again. They say that the bank details provided are incorrect which I provided in the past, due to which I provided the details millions of times again but I still get the same response. I have an email thread of 50 emails in total, from the past 2 months, post cancelling, where I was the one submitting the device myself after such aggravation. I am still waiting on the refund of my installation amount. If ever you wish to install Jio fibre, do NOT pay them any installation amount as they will make you cry to get that amount back.
