as per schedule we have booked 4 tickets for “bade miya Chote Miyyan” on 12th of the april 2024 and after reaching the thratre we were told that the movie is cancelled due to low audience;
but the managers denies to update the status of the movie as cancelled, we also check the cancellation status from book my show and there reply was there is no any cancellation request raised from theatre manager or owner.

2. wasting our valuable time
3. after cancelling the movie by theatre – they are denied to update movie status as cancelled – only orally talking the updatation will be done automatically after 45 minutes – not done
4. complaint on book my show – they told that no cancellation is received form theatre
5. need full cashback, travel cost along with charges for mental harrasement due to sudden unconvinience.
