I have taken the byju’s ias premium course. I thought that it was a live online tablet learning program but instead of that they provide me prerecorded lectures on my android itself. After 3 days, I immediately call them to cancel my course. Because I couldn’t able to learn and understand properly from these videos. It’s just a one way communication. I do not get what I want. And I already have study materials. I called them so many times, mailed them. But they are just saying that we are arranging a call back to you within 24 hours. But I received no call. I already paid fees at the time of registration and rest is in emi. I can’t pay the EMIs. So please I’m requesting to cancel the course and emi. And refund the money.
