For last 2 month , I have requested Tata binge TO CANCEL THE OTT SUBSCRIPTION which I took as free trial FOR THE FIRST MONTH. But AFTER THAT I HAD REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CANCEL/DROP THE SERVICES BY CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE. They HAVE BEEN ignoring my request and deducting amount towards Tata binge.
PLUS THE BACK END TEAM CALLS THAT THE MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR ADDED IN THE ACCOUNT AND SAME NONSENSE CONTINUES,
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THEIR SERVICES AND SURELY SWITCH TO NEW COMPETITORS SOON.
