I took a subscription plan of prep ladder. Total of 40000/ their agent didn’t guide me and told me to pay amount in installments of 3250/ for 12 months. I paid 5 installments . Now I want to stop the remaining emi of 7 months due to financial issues.. their team is saying there is no cancellation policy. My installment is auto debited by eduvanz from my bank every month. I asked eduvanz support. Com . They said tell ur institute to give us permission. This is not fair . Please help me to resolve this matter with prep ladder.
