I had raised a request 2 weeks back for cancellation of my subscription and had also raised a complaint regarding ownership of STB. I was asked to mail the nodal officer and I did so immediately but and have sent 2 mails so far but there has been no reply. On top of that, Tata Sky closes the initial request even when the problem isn’t solved. So I had to again register a complaint and cancellation request for which resolution due date was 1st July, 2018. Now when I check the mytatasky app, the due date shows 3rd July. either the executives and nodal officer at tata sky are the busiest people in the industry where they’ve no time to respond or Tata Sky doesn’t give a shit about the customers and will only expedite the process if it’s beneficial to them. Tata Sky doesn’t process my cancel request, they don’t attend to my complaint and to add to all this, they keep on deducting my balance even after 2 cancellation request by me but delay/no response from your side. Tata Sky don’t attend the request, your nodal office doesn’t reply to emails, you change the date of creation of request, you change the due date of resolution and then suddenly you close the request and don’t even show it in the closed request section. I’ve had enough. Since I couldn’t see my request and complaint status on the app, I had to call the toll free number only to be informed that the request has been closed and that I’ll have to raise a new request and a new complaint. This purely harassing the customer and not cancelling the services. I’ve a series of screenshots of the app to produce as proof and have emails that have received no response. The attached screenshot is the most recent one where the request has suddenly disappeared.
