My name is Devendrasing Rajput, I have taken BYJU’S 3 years subscription for my daughter in 55000 , but she is not understanding so I have cancel subscription within 14 days as per BYJU’S policy, i have mailed them on 12 July 2023 but still date no response from BYJU’S team , I have call everyday on customer care number but I received same answer …….SIR WE HAVE ARRANGE YOUR CALL TO OUR CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT WITHIN 24hr THEY WILL CALL YOU. but still date I have not get my solution and not get any refund from BYJU’S
