My name is Jayasri. I have done BE Electronic communication Engineering from AP audisankara college
On 1-Oct-2022 i enrolled for a PG-Full stack developer on Skill-Lync
I paid 5909₹ as registration fee and i was informed about 22 months EMI of 1,30,000. After that i was followed every procedure of Eduvanz(Loan partner of Skill-Lync)

I was joined skill lync course. They told me only you pay 3 months EMI then skill-lync will give you a paid internship and then you will get a guaranteed job. And they was said that class will be live but after 2 months they was started live class for only 22 days in that 2 months they gave recorded videos that’s it. And after 3 months i was called for our relationship manager (ANU). To ask about paid internship. she said that you need to complete 3 modules at first joining time they didn’t said about
NOTE: At first they said that after 3 months u didn’t got any paid internship we will refund your amount which you have paid for 3 months (5909*3=17,727).
I was asked about this refund money then ANU relationship manager said no we won’t refund any amount like that they are scamming from students and they taken only 2 module class from oct-2022 to jun-2023
So i raised ticket on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And they was saying there is no cancellation process

I was scared to pay that much amount and my family also facing some problems in that time how i need to pay amount and i was not doing any job but in my loan application was showing i’m employer A.P.L company and also annual salary is 3,30,000 like that they was keeping but i’m not job holder i’m fresher while seeing this all it was scam of Skill-Lync i need to take action based on this illegal
NOTE: I need to cancel this Skill lync course and Eduvanz EMI I can’t pay this amount because there is no use for me they won’t give me a job and they won’t care about students life for them only need MONEY MONEY MONEY that’s it.

Now in skill-lync who are working like Relationship manager was resigning there job’s in skill lync because of scamming in skill-lync

When stop paying this EMI Eduvanz people was calling me frequently and asking about to pay EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit
your residential address for collection etc…

Now what i need to do
I need to cancel this Eduvanz EMI and Skill-Lync course
Please take action on this i need JUSTICES

And i’m a fresher now there is no job for me right now to clear that much amount so, please help and cure this problem my life is in danger so please help me to cancel this scam.
