I’m Sivaprakash. Last year in April, I took a post-graduation design course due to false manipulation by their team members Nivetha, Hari, and Mothi. Four months later, I raised a ticket for cancellation, but they said cancellation is not their policy. They didn’t mention this before at the time of enrollment. Then I called the above three persons, and they said they were all laid off two months before and cut the call. Then I decided to go to their office, but it was closed and would only be continued online, didn’t know what to do, so I continued paying the EMI.
Then, in March 2024, I accidentally found out that I have CML type blood cancer through a medical test at my current organization. I was hospitalized and received treatment. I shared this with them and explained that due to this, I can’t continue the course and can’t pay the loan as well, but they only said that ! have to study and that there is no cancellation. I still haven’t paid the loan. Please help me get out of this.
One more thing this loan was taken for educational purposes, but it is mentioned as a personal loan.
