Hi,
Please help me. I had requested for upgrade of my existing landline(pure voice no 42815281). But the installers and sales people are wrongly giving/pushing me for new connection which i did not ask. The new connection CEF No is 11314773
They have also taken advance online payment from me for 3 months advance rental of Rs 2829. Kindly don’t install it. Kindly cancel this CEF no which they are wrongly giving me, and help me get the refund.
Please help me . I am a very very old customer of Airtel and please save me from this unfair act.
