Text of Complaint by Ratan Kumar:

I ordered IQOO 9 5G cost Rs.42990 on 29th july . i got 4000 discount on credit card offer and exchnage my redmi note 9. The exchange value is Rs.11,600. The delivery date shown on the app was 5th august. on 5th august i.e today i got a call from delivery agent about confirmation of my adress at 10:10 AM and it was just a confirmation talk. After some time i randomly opened Amazon app and shocked to see that my product was cancelled .Immediately i called to amazon customer care at 11:45 AM but no fruitful information or help i got. first I lost my that amazing offer second such a big amount is on hold for next 3 to 4 working days third the IMEI Number of my Redmi Note 9 is suspended or blocked in your system and released after refund. So, Please file a compalint against amazon and solve my issue as soon as possible
