I ordered wakefit mattress from Flipkart order ID: OD226396097892821000
On 30th October at price of Rs 12416
It’s delivery date was 6th November 2022 and today is 10th November 2022 at 21:40 hrs. And they haven’t delivered the product. I as a customer spoke to their customer service team, wrote emails that cancel my order and refund my money. Flipkart is not cancelling my product, all they do is keep escalation issue with increased tat of 24hrs/48 hrs/3 days/4days.
This product is unavailable now at Flipkart app. So certainly there is problem is supply of this product. But I don’t understand why they want to hold this and not cancelling my product so I can order another.
This product is also covered under 30days money back policy still they not cancelling my order.
