i took a subscription of prep ladder elite plan .their agent didnot told me any terms and condition.every month a emi of 3250/ debit from my account.i paid four installments and want to stop my rest of the installments and cancel the plan.but eduvanz says talk to prep ladder team as they will auto debit installment from my account.prep ladder dont cancel subscription .please help me and guide me what to do
