I ordered and booked jio fiber connection on 31 July 2021, now after 21 days they cancelled my order on their own without my consent and saying that I requested for cancellation. Continuously all are lieing and saying tomorrow fiber connection will get definitely installed. Daily they keep scheduling my installation by their own and send messages that they are scheduling as per my request.
Everyone is providing wrong information. No one is available to do help. I want to take connection but no one is ready to install my connection.
I already paid ₹8072.92 for 6 months postpaid connection.
How can they keep lieing continuously to the customer.
I have recently shifted to new flat and now when Ihave requested Jio Fiber Staff (Mr. Mintu Baruah) to shift my connection, he insteaded that I cancel my old connection and take new connection as at present due to Covid they are only installing new connection and not doing nd shifting !!! HE informed that if I opt for shifting it will take not less than 15 days and if I take new connection, it will take hardly 1 day. In the process, I will loos out Rs.1000.00 paid for old connection and out of that is installation charge and not refundable and for new connection I will have to pay Rs.25,00.00 again.
If this is not exploitation and cheating than want. I need immediate remedy in this reagrd.
