I ordered FOVERA Orthopedic Memory Foam Coccyx Seat Cushion from Amazon on 8 August and it reached my place today , when I was at work . When the delivery agent called I was on duty , so I requested him to reschedule my delivery time , but he refused rudely and cut the call , and cancelled the order without any rescheduling / attempt for delivery from his side . It was a medical emergency because of which I ordered the cushion ,and because of extreme careless from delivery agency ,I have to wait another week for my emergency medical cushion . I called to Amazon customer care and they said that delivery will be done tomorrow ,but inspite of this the delivery agent cancelled the item .
