1. I’m an existing existing broadband connection user details of which are as below.

2. On 30.06.2022, Post discussion with Airtel customer care representative, I had subscribed to the Airtel Black Plan (INR 1099) and made a payment of INR 1999.99 for the purchase of Airtel X-Stream hardware and installation via online transfer against Order ID : 1-BTD86C8.
3. On 01.07.022, an airtel technician called and informed me that the DTH connection cannot be installed in the residential apartment where I’m currently living and asked me to cancel the order and get the refund from Airtel.
4. Since 01.07.2022, I have sent multiple emails to Airtel customer care viz. 121@in.airtel.com regarding the aforementioned matter pertaining to cancellation of the order
airtel black plan (Order ID: 1-BTD86C8) effective immediately as of 01.07.2022 and initiating the refund of INR 1999.99 to my account via online transfer as soon as possible.
5. However I have not received any response from Airtel until now on above matter even after escalating the issue to their nodal and appellate authorities viz.

6. Kindly help resolve the matter at earliest
