Hi, I have booked a air ticked with booking reference “REF682390576” on 30-Dec-2020 and the ticket got cancelled stating fare change. When contacted support, i was told that the refund will be completed with in 10 -15 days. When ever i contact the support desk, they inform that the refund is initiated and will be credited into the bank. Till date i have not got any refund nor the transaction details are shared by Travolook. I hope this forum helps me in getting the refund back.
