Text of Complaint by SWAROOP S LOHIT:

  1. I am a serving Army Officer serving at Dimapur, Nagaland. I have paid an amount of Rs 1870/- on 09 Nov 2018 towards installation of a new Tata Sky connection.
  2. My name is SWAROOP S LOHIT and my subscriber ID is 1292604384. My mobile no is 9449266159.
  3. Previously, the local dealer used to install the new Tata Sky connection at offices and residences inside Dimapur Cantonment. However, now, the local dealer is refusing to do the Installation and is saying that they will deliver the Antenna and equipment at the Army Cantonment Gate and that he will not install the new connection.
  4. Despite repeated requests from past two days, the local dealer at Dimapur is not cooperating and he says that the subscriber should install the Tata Sky connection himself. Also, the local dealer is very rude and arrogant.
  5. I am unable to install it myself, and it is the responsibility of local Tata Sky dealer to install new connection.
  6. I am very disappointed with the behavior and services of your local Dealer at Dimapur and I want to cancel the subscription.
  7. Request return back the amount of Rs 1870/- since the equipment has neither been delivered nor installed.
  8. I have recorded the conversations with Customer Care representatives and your local dealer at Dimapur. I will not hesitate to take a legal recourse if I am not refunded the subscription amount.
