Dear Airtel Customer care service
2 days back did a recharge of Rs.399 from Airtel store.. Today I was checking Airtel app and on home page I saw Data and other details and I found thay my Prepaid sim is converted to Postpaid but there is no action from my side.
I contacted customer care service and they saying it’s my fault and you have to pay the bill of postpaid OR you can convert this sim to prepaid but you will lose 399 Rs recharge..
As a customer I have full right to raise my issue (Consumers Act 1999)..
There are 3 options (either give my money back) OR (Let me use postpaid plan for free) OR (Give back my recharge of 399 on the same sim by converting it to prepaid)
If this issue is not resolved by 14th December I have to file complaint against you..
