Hi,
There is fraud is going on airtel, you people are taking money for broadband connection but never give connection and refund of paid money. I applied for the new broadband connection on 29th July 2020, the person sahil (08377823547) booked my connection and the airtel executive sunil chauhan(09821328041) took my I’d proof and I submitted the money Rs. 3536 as well. But after a few hours the airtel team told me the port in my area is not available so they cannot provide the new connection to me. I need a refund of my money.
There is no communication from the airtel team. My phone number is 9643407528 and transaction Id: 729254607.
I’m trying to reach the team from last 1 week already sent many mails and phone calls. But they never responded with proper response always said to wait but how much time I have to wait for my money.
Is this kind of service airtel giving I think that’s why people don’t want to buy airtel now and moving to jio.
I will take legal action against this fraud of money airtel is doing by taking the money and not giving the refund back.
