Text of Complaint by Sudali:

I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.

And after 2 days i got call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.

Next day i got call from Airtel person (M: 9600171010), he visited my place collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that up-to 100mbps speed you will get.

So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.

After i did online payment that person promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that technician called and said that there is no feasibility of providing net connection in your place.

I called customer care number 5 times and there is no proper response.

I want to cancel my broadband connection immediately and get refund of my payment.
