I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.
And after 2 days i got call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.
Next day i got call from person called Prasad(M: 7989807215), he visited my place collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that up-to 100mbps speed you will get.
So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.
After i did online payment prasad promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that technician called and saying max speed i will get is 10 to 14 Mbps.
I called customer care number 5 times and asked them to cancel connection immediately. Every time they take all details but don’t raise any request.
I want to cancel my broadband connection immediately and get refund of my payment.

Even my connection is not activated.But I have paid 2829 rupees i.e 3 months advance there was an error in fat box
What shall I do plzz help me
My airtel internet is down for last 7 days .All followups with customer care and escalation has failed to have any results .i am without internet till now .I have taken one year plan unfortunately and it is hardly one month now.The servce is extremely bad and their response is horrible .Is there any way to canel the connection and get refund of the advance paid by me .I would like to get out of this dirty airtel
