I went to the Airtel store to cancel the sinker card. After two hours, it was not done since the employee was new. I sent mails to 121. They send me the standard text that the mail if is not correct. I replied that official mail Id is no more available and hence I am making request from personal mail. 121 repeats the same reply.i want to cancel this card. Thanks
