This is to complaint against the incompetent customer service by flipkart side as I (Lalit Kumar yadav) ordered a Patronics My buddy plus adjustable cooling fan wood portable laptop table with order ID OD125912490621686000 on 4th September 2022 which was delivered on 9th September and I requested for the cancellation of the same on 13th September and 25 September but both the times my return request was cancelled stating that my return policy ended on 19 sept but as per their data I requested my return on 13th September.
This is against all the customer service as the returned policy was for 10 days and I requested the return within 4 days only. Kindly give me the valid reason for cancellation for my return request as well as my monetary loss as soon as possible.
