I have been attempting for the last 10 days to disconnect my landline/broadband connect which I used for more than 10 years with Airtel. I failed. I could not connect on either way…. The following are approaches I did. I have taken 6 months plan which ends on 05-June. and I keep getting a message that, My plan will be automatically renewed and amount will be deducted. Hence, I have trying for the last 10 days to communicate to Airtel to cancel my plan and disconnect the services
- more than 15 times I might have tried calling customer care number 121… NO LUCK To connect anyone…. Everytime I wait for 10 min just listening stupid automated messages and I’ll have no options and it will get automatically disconnecte
- I sent e-mail to 121@….. I send reminders of e-mails 3 times…. NO LUCK… ZERO responses so far.
- I tried going to 2 of my places near to my home… NO LUCK…. Airtel shops are closed.
What should I do? Finally I tried an option to at least temporary block it… For that, it is aksing me to to pay 200 in the …
Very very irritating ….. I can understand at the corona situation and may be less resource. But, what I should If I can’t even connect with all 3 above appraoches….
