I was tricked into taking 10 years club membership of Royals Club International by showing exciting vacation programs and five star hotel across country. However, I came to know later that they had less than 2 star properties in some of the location around country and after visiting one such property, we decided not to take their holiday. Since then, I have been requesting them to cancel my membership and refund my fees of Rs 1,20,000 paid at that time. But they have declined saying that it is non-refundable. I argued that since, I have never taken any services from their club and as per the agreement, there is no mention of non-refund of “Membership Fees” , its not leagl for them to retain my membership fees. But it has fallen in deaf ears.

Same done with us too, I have been requesting them to cancel my membership and refund my fees but they are saying that it is non-refundable we all should come together and fight for our refund and mark this faltu royal club international as a scam – they took my debit card to check weather its eligible or not and directly without my permission they actives it and i got msg of money detection from my account we got angry on them but the sale person Mrs. Maya start crying in front of us by saying that i have kids n all i will get incentive by your booking n all i book from Matheran Maharashtra ( Adamo The Resort, Opp Mahaveer Swami Jain Temple, Matheran, Maharashtra 410102) they are very much smart they use to set in non network zone so that no one can use internet to check they fast history,

Any further developments since your last post in August, 2023? I have also asked for a refund recently but I got the same answer. I am trying to get in touch with some other victims of this fraud to discuss a common strategy against this company.

I was swindled into membership of Royals Club International by their sales team making false promises and after months of requesting for bookings in hotels featured on their websites but being offered cheap hotels, I have requested them for a refund. Please share how you were able to get refund from these guys
