Text of Complaint by Aaesha khan:

Few days ago, I went to Mahabaleshwar along with my family and stayed at Shanti palace in Mahabaleshwar.On 26th October 2022, A person from Royals club international gave me a voucher in which he said I won some exciting gift and for that we have to attend a workshop of 60 minutes which is arranged in Neeta’s shanti villa, where they trapped me and my family by promising good accomadations in 3 or 5 star hotel in budget price of 5 years of tenure, but we refused the offer because we can’t pay 30,000 at once so they said that we have to pay by EMI option so that we took 30,000 package.They used our credit card for this transaction and deducted 30,000 from our CC by scanning our credit card.After deduction of 30,000, we asked them why you deducted 30,000 at once so they said it will convert in EMI.In that time they didn’t gave us any ID or password they said it will come after 7 days on email.We felt we lost our money so we requested them to cancel our membership but they denied, after that I talked to credit card customer care and blocked my card, I also called customer care of royals club international for cancellation but he rufused, so I sent them notice by email and by post from our lawyer.Still I’m waiting foe their positive response.I also attached the notice copy which is sent by my lawyer to the company.I want to cancel membership from royal club and refund of 30,000.
