We went to Mahabaleshwar on 5th Nov 2022. A person approached us with scratch card of Royal club saying that we will get gift out of 4 mentioned in Gift card. He asked us to go to their near by hotel to claim our gift. In Hotel we meet Mr. Pruthvi who pitched in various membership plans for around 2 hours. It was assured that if I want to cancel the service because of any issue then it is possible within 45 days. However when I saw the agreement which was shared after swiping of card which was showing the amount is non-refundable which was completely false commitment from Sales team. So after 1 week I ask them to cancel membership however sales team said it is not possible to cancel once you get welcome call from customer service executive.
I did not received any call from them and my membership was activated. After sending an email, i got response that membership is not refundable. Request you to resolve my issue at the earliest.
