I am Milan Bharatbhai Ramani & was visited mahindra club holidays seminar and your sales persons convinced me for purchase the plan immidiately on 28th February. They asked me that I have time for 10 days as lookin period and on that time I can cancel the same if I have any problem. I bought plan with you and my member ID is – 2941940

I made payment via credit card mode and the receipt nos. are – 7604827539 & 7604827540.

Due to my family problem and medical urgency I decided to cancel this plan as I may need a finance and so I requested cancellation via mail.

Complain no – MHRIL= 015-450-943 as on 2nd March which is lookin period.

I got acknowledgment reply that any representative call me for same in 2 working days.

I again mailed for same MHRIL=015-455-480 as on 5th march- I got the same reply but no resolution or call from your side.

Furthermore I waited so long and I did mail as on 13 March – request number -MHRIL=015-467-754 but the same reply I got evey time.

Till today you can check I have made 5-6 calls to customer care for status but all are just giving me false sympathy that it will be resolved in 2 working days or 5 working days. I have wasted my too much time and I am just frustrated with service mahindra Holidays is providing after doing the sales. This is not at all acceptable with company like this. My money got stuck and I am not getting any call or revert from mahindra Holidays side and in a week they will deduct one emi also !!!! I want a cancellation and instead of refund mahindra Holidays is going to deduct emi ? How ? Is this your service ? Is this the value of the commitment ? Is this what you call customer satisfaction/ experience. I would never recommend mahindra Holidays to any of my frienda or family in future.

Request you to kindly look into my matter and do needful on priority. I hope I will get resolution for same earliest.
